Hello, everyone I recently posted that I needed help with turning on my gas on and needing help for a Christmas Dinner for my family...Yes, I truly need this help but at this moment I need prayers more than anything...... yesterday my teenage daughter was admitted into a psychiatric center because she wanted to harm herself.....So today I am not asking for anything other than prayers for my baby girl to get through these thoughts of harming herself. So please anyone all I am asking for is a prayer for my baby girl......
Thank You all very much
I feel as if a big weight has been dropped on me. Today I got on the bus at 7am in the morning and went to Help of Southern Nevada for an appointment to help pay for my utilities and I had every little item they asked for other than my ID that I had lost but I had my birth certificate and passport and they said I had to reapply online to get another appointment to bring in my state ID...I can't believe this my lights and water are going to be turned off Thursday morning....If all fails I will take my kids to a woman's shelter until I can find a way to get these things paid...The good thing is I have a home that I don't have to pay rent but without electricity and water we can't live in it...I am trying to stay positive but one thing after another for instance my 17 year old daughter just stated she doesn't feel safe and wants to harm her self I have no transportation to take her where she needs to go I have no money for the bus..I am just doing what a mother can do and thats keep a good eye on her she has been by my side all day and evening...uhhhh I am falling apart...
in response to ldaniel1972...wow, I am so surprised they gave you an answer so quick.....I say this because I am still waiting on an answer whether I qualify or not through Seventhavenue.com as for fingerhut.com they sent me a notice through email and mail a week later saying that I qualified. Well I am sure if you just have faith something will come through.. God Bless
I also want to let all families that are seeking gifts for there children for Christmas to seek on line for a Choose and Charge but only charge if you can afford to pay later. I done my resources and couldn't figure out what I can do for my family and I decided to look online and I found Fingerhut.com was qualified for a $250 charge not much but it is something, Seventhavenue.com was another great site that has choose and charge, and last that I found was Swisscolony.com this site has all the goodies such as chocolates, nuts, novelties etc.. I just thought I would share this with everyone I hope this helps someone out as it did me.
I really need help this year with my Gas Bill I usually don't ask for help but at this point I have no choice..I have been cooking off of an electric burner since April. When my husband lost his job I cut everything off...Cable,home phone and all kids cell phones except mine which has internet and my only way of communication, and last I cut off my gas. Now that it has been cold I am not able to afford to get my Gas turned on I owe $150....As for me worrying about Christmas for my Children I would really love for someone to help me out with a gift card to get a good dinner for my Children that is all I am asking for..I really appreciate any help that I can get. God Bless and again if anyone can help me out in my situation that would be great
Thank You
